This a data-driven record purging system that can be automated. It's an easy way to keep a large database tidy. Basically, you'll define the table to be purged, the date field to be used for retention, the retention period in months and, optionally, any other criteria (e.g. Status = 'Cancelled').

If there's more than 1 backend database, they will need to hard-coded into the ComboBox on the Entry form.
