These are a set of drop-down lists in the form header that are used to find records to display on the form.
They do not show with New Record entry and they can also be hidden with OpenArg parameter (when you know there's only 1 record showing).

The number of buttons you have is set as a constant in the code.
Combo Boxes are limited to 64,000 entries
